The couple was accompanied by their father and former Indian badminton player Prakash Padukone. A video of the two walking the red carpet at the event has now surfaced on the internet. In the now viral video, Ranveer is seen trying to hold Deepika’s hand. However, it seemed that the ‘Piku’ actress refused to hold her husband’s hand and was instead busy handling her saree.

Deepika wore a black saree paired with a full sleeve blouse. Ranveer, on the other hand, looked dapper in a white shirt which he paired with a blazer. The couple posed with Deepika’s father Prakash Padukone on the red carpet. However, soon after a video of Ranveer trying to hold Deepika’s hand at the event surfaced on social media, it has left fans wondering if all is well between the two.

Some worried fans pointed out that Deepika intentionally did not hold Ranveer’s hand. Some others pointed out that the couple did not pose together on the red carpet.
