Siddharth Anand said this about the fighter

I have made a good amount of action films, but this has been a completely different journey. Everyone has helped us, it is a team effort, it is not a one-man show… everyone has contributed to the film. While talking to News 18, Siddharth revealed Shahrukh’s reaction on Fighter. He said, “SRK liked the trailer very much. In fact, I met him the same day it was released. He liked the look and stunts of the villain very much. According to him, the CGI appeared very smooth. He was very impressed.

Fighter has been given a run-time of 2 hours and 43 minutes by the Central Board of Film Certification. In which there are many evergreen songs as well as romantic scenes of Hrithik and Deepika. Fighter is being released in India by Viacom 18 and the studio will give the film a wide release across over 4250 screens, making it one of the biggest releases ever for a Hindi film. Advance booking for Fighter began on Saturday morning and the film showed an encouraging pace on the first day of pre-sale as it sold around 20,000 tickets in less than 24 hours across the top 3 national chains. After this, 15,500 tickets were sold on the second day, 18,000 tickets on the third day and 20,300 tickets on the fourth day. The opening day fortunes of Fighter will largely depend on the word of mouth of the film, because considering the advance booking, it is being said that it can do a business of Rs 23 to 25 crores. However, a rise in its collection can be seen on Republic Day.
