The first show of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s Donkey will be shown at 5:55 am at the prestigious Gaiety Galaxy in Mumbai. This is the first screening of a film in the history of the theatre. No movie has been screened in the said cinema hall before 12 noon.

The screening is being organized by SRK’s fan group, SRK Universe, which had also organized separate early morning screenings for both Pathan and Jawan at the Gaiety. Not only this, the fan club has organized at least special screenings on 1000 screens globally, which is a remarkable achievement in itself.
Dinky has already started its advance booking. Shahrukh himself had shared a message regarding this on his social media handle and urged fans across the world to book their tickets quickly. Meanwhile, it is being reported that Dunky received a standing ovation after it was screened for the censor board at Woke Cinemas in Dubai.

Dunky is the first collaboration of Shahrukh and Rajkumar Hirani. Along with Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal is also in the lead role in the film. Co-written by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani and Kanika Dhillon, Dunky will release in theaters worldwide on December 21.
