San Francisco. Three employees, including former Twitter (now X) CEO Parag Agarwal, have announced to file a lawsuit against Elon Musk for not paying him $128 million.

Parag Aggarwal, Chief Financial Officer Ned Segal, former Twitter legal and policy head Vijaya Gadde and former Twitter General Counsel Sean Edgett have filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk.

When a follower posted that “Parag Aggarwal has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk”, Musk responded on Tuesday with just an emoji.

The lawsuit claimed the Tesla CEO showed “particular anger” toward them by “publicly vowing to withhold his payment of approximately $200 million” when it acquired Twitter for $44 billion in 2022.

“Under Musk’s control, Twitter has become a travesty that harasses employees, landlords, vendors, and others. Musk does not pay his bills, they believe,” the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court says. “That the rules don’t apply to them, and they use their wealth and power to abuse anyone who disagrees with them.”

In October 2022, Musk informed Aggarwal, Gadde, and Segal that their relationship with the company had been terminated.

According to reports, when the three top executives left the company, they had an exit package of more than $100 million.
