French midfielder Paul Pogba banned for 4 years, know the whole matter

However, Pogba can appeal against this decision at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland. This punishment could end Pogba’s career as the France international will turn 31 next month. Under the World Anti-Doping Code, a four-year ban is common, but if an athlete proves that he did not dope intentionally, or if it happened due to some kind of adulteration, then in such cases the doping punishment can be reduced.
