Gadar 2 can earn this much on the first day
Sunny Deol’s film Gadar 2 is breaking many records in advance booking. According to film experts, it can make a strong opening of up to 30 crores. Apart from this, it has broken the record of Shahrukh Khan’s Pathan on single screen.

Gadar 2 Advance Booking
Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel’s Gadar 2 is being presented by Zee Studios. The film will be released on around 3500 screens. Let us tell you, Gadar 2 can get a tough competition from OMG 2 at the box office. Many believe that the Sunny Deol-starrer should have got 4500 screens, but due to OMG 2, the makers are struggling to get more screens. Talking about the advance booking status of Gadar 2, around 61,000 tickets have been sold across national chains like PVR, INOX and Cinepolis. The final count may reach 2.5 lakh to 3.5 lakh. It looks like Gadar 2 is likely to be the second biggest opener of 2023 after Pathan.

Gadar 2 is directed by Anil Sharma, who also directed the first installment of the film. Starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel in lead roles, Gadar 2 also stars Utkarsh Sharma, Simrat Kaur, Manish Wadhwa and others in key roles. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given Gadar 2 a U/A certificate and has approved its run-time of 2 hours 50 minutes. The board has also suggested some changes to the makers.

Sunny Deol compromises in fee for Gadar 2
Anil Sharma has claimed that the budget of his film Gadar 2 was not very high as the producers agreed to put a major part of the budget into the production. Director Anil Sharma also said that Sunny Deol has reduced his fee for the film. Sunny has reprized his role of Tara Singh from Gadar Ek Prem Katha in the new film Gadar 2, which will hit the theaters on 11th August. When the filmmaker was talking about the vehicles used in the film, he was asked if he could share the budget. Anil Sharma hesitated a bit before saying that the budget was quite reasonable, but it would be better if ZEE (Studio, makers of Gadar 2) talks about it. He said, “People speak 80, 100, 150 in the market. There is nothing like that, it is less.”

Gadar 2: The Katha Continues, directed by Anil Sharma and starring Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma is all set to hit the theatres. The film has gained a lot of momentum before its release and is ready to start with a bang. As there are many other films releasing in the weekend and surely Rocky and Rani’s love story is a strong release.
