This time, compared to the other three metros, the maximum deduction has been made i.e. 7 rupees more. The price of gas cylinder in Kolkata has seen a reduction of Rs 93 and the price has become Rs 1802.50. Last month the price was Rs.1895.50.
In Mumbai too, the price of a gas cylinder has been cut by Rs 93, making it Rs 1640.50. In the month of July, the price of this category cylinder was Rs 1733.50.
In Chennai, the largest metropolis of South India, the price of gas cylinder has been reduced by Rs 92.5 and the price has become Rs 1852.50. In the month of July, people here will have to pay Rs 1945.
No change in the price of domestic gas cylinder
On the other hand, there has been no change in the price of domestic gas cylinders for the fifth consecutive month. The price of gas cylinder in the country’s capital Delhi remains at Rs 1103. Whereas in Kolkata the price is Rs.1129.
Domestic gas cylinder price in Mumbai remains Rs 1102.50 and in Chennai domestic gas cylinder is available for Rs 1118.50. The last change in the price of gas cylinders in all the four metros was seen in the month of March.
