I started listening to that voice inside. That man helped me more than anyone else, more than any counseling and support, he became my support when no one else was there.

Gaurav further said- ‘For example like I thought that I would go to the gym to make my abs. I will spend more time there but from where will he get his inspiration? When you don’t feel like getting out of bed. You remain sad, depressed and all such thoughts are roaming in your mind, then all that thinking becomes futile. You think it is useless to think like that. Gaurav Chopra said that he wakes up in the morning and sits alone and talks to himself. Tell yourself to get up and go, even if only for 20 minutes, but go.

Gaurav Chopra does not live with his son
Gaurav Chopra and his wife Hitisha Cheranda were blessed with a son on September 14, 2020. However, their son does not live with them and lives in Bangalore. Gaurav Chopra told, ‘I don’t see him as much as I want to. He is satisfied just knowing that his son is fine. However, why is it that he does not live with them. The actor did not give this information. However, he keeps sharing photos with her on Instagram occasionally. But he is not seen with his wife.
