Los Angeles. Supermodel Gigi Hadid is continuing her support for Palestine amid the Palestine-Israel conflict.

On November 24, the supermodel condemned Israel in a series of posts on her Instagram account.

The 28-year-old star, whose father Mohammed Hadid is a Palestinian, took aim at Israel while commenting on the hostage swap deal between Hamas and Israel, reports aceshowbiz.com.

The model spoke about young Palestinian Ahmed Mansara, who suffers from schizophrenia and depression. Ahmed was arrested in 2015 for stabbing and wounding two Israeli citizens.

“Israel is the only country in the world that holds children as prisoners of war,” Gigi wrote in a post that has since been deleted.

Gigi also shared a post claiming that Israeli authorities detain an average of 500-700 Palestinian children every year. The post said children were beaten, strip-searched, arrested at night and isolated in solitary confinement.

In the next slide, Gigi explained that Israel is the only country in the world that systematically prosecutes minors in military courts and accepts confessions obtained under coercion.”

He added, “Israel views any Palestinian as a ‘terrorist’, anyone who supports Palestinian rights as an ‘anti-Semite’, and any Jew who protests the government’s actions.” sees them as ‘self-haters’, even asking them to denounce their Judaism. Everyone is lying for Israel except him.

Both Gigi and her sister Bella are vocal supporters of Palestine amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle Eastern country. Bella even said that her family received death threats for supporting Palestine, writing on Instagram, “I receive hundreds of death threats every day, my phone number has been leaked and my family “Feeling threatened.”

“We need to keep up the pressure on our leaders, wherever we are, not forget the urgent needs of the people of Gaza and ensure that innocent Palestinian civilians do not suffer casualties,” Bellah said in the statement.
