There is good news for the employees working in Indian Railways. Now they will also be able to apply for leave online. Now you will not have to apply for leave in writing. Now the Railways has decided to end its hundreds of years old tradition. For this, an app has been introduced in the Railways. Railway Board Chairman Anil Kumar Lahoti said that Human Resource Management System (HRMS) has been started.

Railway employees will no longer have to apply in writing for leave through the HRSS system. Now he will be able to apply online and leave approval will also be available online. In this system, complete information will be made available online to the railway employees.

The new process has been implemented from 1 August.

Name, Designation, PF Number, Bill, Unit and Family details of the employees have to be uploaded in the HRSS system. Apart from this, information about the transfer, promotion and whether he has received any award will also be given. His service record will also be online. This process of taking leave has been implemented from 1st August.

100 years old tradition is over, transparency will come in the whole process of taking leave from HRSS system. Railway employees will also be given training regarding the new system. The authorities will not be able to hold the leave application for a long time. If the leave is not granted, the reason for the same will also have to be given online. For the last 100 years, railway employees have been taking leave by writing or through phone.
