According to the American Heart Association, blood generally becomes more thickened in winter compared to other seasons, which leads to the formation of clots in the blood. Most cases of heart attack and stroke occur due to the formation of blood clots. Such clots obstruct the passage of arteries of the heart and brain, which eventually causes heart attacks and strokes. Apart from this, the fall in temperature also affects the arteries of the heart, due to which they shrink. In such a situation, during the blood circulation process, there is more pressure of blood on the inner walls of the arteries, this condition increases high blood pressure.
High blood pressure is the main reason
According to the Indian Heart Association and Indian Stroke Association, high blood pressure is the main cause of heart attack and stroke. According to statistics, compared to other seasons, the cases of heart attacks increase by about 26 percent in winter, while the cases of stroke increase by more than 32 percent. How to control high blood pressure

Starting proper treatment within about four and a half hours after stroke is called the golden hour. After tests like CT scan and MRI etc., the process of treatment of the patient suffering from stroke is ensured. There are three main arteries in the heart. When any one of these three or others occur due to various reasons, such as blood clotting on the inner walls of the arteries, due to which the problem of blockage in the arteries arises.
