Water drinking quota should not be met in this way. To keep the body hydrated, water should be drunk little by little throughout the day. Do not drink too much water at one go.

Due to excessive consumption of water, the amount of blood in the body also becomes more than necessary. Also, there is more pressure of filtration on the kidneys. Drinking more water can disturb the electrolyte balance of the body as well as reduce the level of sodium in the body.
