[ad_1]
Adipurush, which released pan India on June 16, stars Prabhas as Lord Ram, while Kriti Sanon plays Janaki. The film is being criticized due to many scenes and dialogues in the film. There are many dialogues spoken by the character of Hanumanji, which people are finding difficult to digest. They are reacting strongly on social media. ‘Tel tere baap ka jalegi tere baap ki’, ‘Marega bete’, ‘Bua ka garden hai kya jo hawa khane chala aaya’, ‘Unki Lanka laga denge’, there are many such dialogues in the film, listening to which everyone from Arun Govil to Sunil Lahiri, Mukesh Khanna and Prem Sagar were seething with anger.
‘How did Manoj Muntashir even think of such dialogues?’
Talking to ‘ANI’, Prem Sagar said, ‘Manoj Muntashir knows Hinduism very well. I don’t understand how they imagined such dialogues in the film? It may be a misconception that the younger generation will like it. But you can’t do that with an audience. Don’t say that this ‘Adipurush’ is based on Valmiki Ramayana, give it any other name. Make it a fantasy film. But if you are making Ramayana, you cannot hurt sentiments. People look at it with reverence.
‘Adipurush’ does not want to see Prem Sagar
Prem Sagar further said, ‘I have seen clips of the film and talked to many people including Sunil Lahiri about it. So there is some problem. I don’t even want to watch the movie. Ravana was very knowledgeable and you are blackening Sone ki Lanka (Golden Lanka). He is putting five heads up and 5 heads down.
‘It is possible that nature will do this and the intellect will go astray’
And now the makers of ‘Adipurush’ have assured to change the controversial dialogue. The makers are reworking the objectionable dialogues, and the film will release in a few days with the changed dialogues. Regarding this, Prem Sagar said, ‘I am happy that he realized his mistake. This is a big deal. I have deep respect for Manoj as I have seen many of his reels. He does a good job. I don’t know what happened this time. It is possible that sometimes nature may do something that misleads the intellect.’
Made ‘Adipurush’ Marvel
Earlier, in another interview, Prem Sagar had expressed displeasure over ‘Adipurush’ and said that an attempt has been made to make it a Marvel film. Then he told Hanuman ji’s dialogue as ‘Tapori’ and said that his father Ramanand Sagar also took creative freedom while making ‘Ramayana’, but he understood God and all the characters. He had read many texts and other versions of Ramayana, but never tampered with the facts. Prem Sagar had said that it is wrong to show a supreme sage like Ravana as a villain.
