Actress Deepika Padukone has left her acting mark in Bollywood as well as Hollywood. Deepika has played the lead role in the American action film ‘Triple X: Return of Xander Cage’ opposite American actor and filmmaker Vin Diesel. Now the actor has shared a picture with Deepika on his social media, which is in the news at the moment.
Vin Diesel shared a picture on his official Instagram account, in which he is seen wearing a jacket to Deepika. ‘Triple X: Return of Xander Cage’ director DJ Caruso is seen sitting on the driver’s seat of an autorickshaw in this photo.
Vin Diesel captioned the photo, “I’m always humbled when I think that directors want to work with me more than once. This is a picture of when I went to India as promised to Deepika. At that time I was with director DJ Caruso.” When we were busy in production, my daughter cried after reading the script. When I asked her why she cried, she said, “It’s a brother and sister story which feels very real and emotional.”
Vin further added, “If my daughter cries after reading the script and I can make films like this, then I ask you, who can play my sister? He suggested Jennifer Lawrence, what do you think?”
Vin Diesel was last seen in director Louis Leterrier’s Fast X (2023), while Deepika Padukone was seen in Siddharth Anand’s aerial action film Fighter. Hrithik Roshan, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover also play important roles in the film.
