How to make Roasted Turkey Meat at home

Ingredients for Brined Turkey Meat

Apple cider – 1 cup

Ingredients for Turkey Meatloaf
Chicken turkey – 9 cups
Canola oil – 2 tbsp
shallots – 3
Carrot – 2
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Onion – 1
Roasted Garlic Clove – 1 cup
Black peppercorns – 8
Butter – 2 tbsp
Flour – 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon

1. First, mix water, apple cider, kosher salt, sugar, salt in a large bowl.
2. Remove the brine turkey meat from the packet and place it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3. After the specified time, place the dry turkey meat on a large baking sheet.
4. Blend the roasted garlic, roasted garlic-cloves, vegetable oil, orange juice, cider vinegar, kosher salt, lime juice, oregano chipotles, annatto paste, cumin and spices in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
5. Take out the turkey meat and marinate it with the prepared paste.
6. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
7. In a pan add 1/2 cup water. Wrap the turkey meat on it with foil and keep it for 2 hours.
8. Remove the foil after the fixed time and mix 1/2 cup water again in the pan and heat it in the oven for 2 hours.
9. Pour canola oil in a vessel and heat it. Add the giblets to it and cook till they turn brown.
10. After they turn brown, take them out in a plate and then add shallots, carrots, parsley and onions and cook them.
11. Then cook the mixture till it gets roasted. Meanwhile, roast the garlic brine and keep the brined turkey meat in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
12. Pour orange juice in a pan and add flour and sauce to it and heat it on high flame. Cook the mixture for 2 minutes till it turns golden brown.
13. After this, cook the mixture until it boils until the gravy is cooked well.
14. Then cook the roasting pan on high flame and then cook this mixture well.
15. Pour the gravy in the pan and heat it by adding chilli and little salt.
16. Cut turkey meat into pieces and serve with gravy.
