Hrithik Roshan inspires fans with rigorous workout, going to gym despite injury

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan continues to inspire his fans with his fitness and rigorous workouts. The actor believes in continuing with his fitness routine despite injuries and other health conditions. Recently, the actor shared a video from the gym with his fitness trainer, in which he was seen working out post his left biceps tendon injury.
The actor captioned the video as, “Laughter was not on the agenda that morning. I remember waking up weak, it was back and biceps day. Both are unsure of my injuries. My left biceps tendon injury felt like it was working, I just didn’t want to workout that morning. I felt scared and uncertain. The decision was left to me. The alternative was to take the day off, or to train.
The actor further added, “So I thought it in my mind that if I get it done then I will feel good and set an example. If I don’t succeed at it, it feels good to try to fail and learn and it will set an informed precedent that will keep me injury free in the future.
Either way, getting started was a victory.
