Hrithik Roshan rocks the internet with a shirtless picture: Hrithik Roshan has recently created a stir on social media by sharing a black-and-white picture of himself shirtless and wearing only track pants. The caption read, “Can’t see the finish line,” showing off his well-defined eight-pack abs. This picture was taken in the gym and is several months before the release of his upcoming aerial action film ‘Fighter’.
The Instagram post has garnered over 8,80,000 likes and is expected to cross one million likes by Sunday. Hrithik’s ex-wife Sussanne Khan, girlfriends Saba Azad, Bipasha Basu, Taapsee Pannu, Kiara Advani, Preity Zinta, Rajkummar Rao, Kartik Aaryan, Arjun Kapoor and his ‘Fighter’ co-stars Anil Kapoor and Karan Singh Grover also posted Show your appreciation by liking.
Saba Azad expressed her appreciation in the comments section with bicep, heart and fire emojis. The ‘Fighter’ director replied to Hrithik’s caption, mentioning that the picture was taken on the sets of ‘Fighter’ and invited him to view it the next day, adding a fire emoji. A fan commented, “You were, are and always will be my childhood crush as if you never grow old!! I’m really fainting!! I’m really fainting.” Another fan wrote, “Best in Bollywood.”
Hrithik is currently shooting for ‘Fighter’ which is directed by Siddharth Anand and his next project after ‘Pathan’. Apart from Hrithik, the film stars Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover and Akshay Oberoi. It is scheduled to release around Republic Day next year.
Hrithik’s fitness trainer Chris Gethin had earlier shared details about the actor’s workout and diet routine. He added, “Hrithik is eating six meals a day and is currently consuming around 4,000 calories per day. He’s eating a lot of food right now, because we’re building muscle at the moment. Most of their food is made up of protein.
“Sources of protein are poultry, fish, egg whites, protein powder etc. And then, there are carbohydrates which come from potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice and oats. He is also eating some bread along with it. Vegetables and some healthy fats like nuts, egg yolks and some olive oil. Then, lastly, he is consuming a protein shake. So, at this point of time, her diet consists of six meals a day along with a protein shake.”
