Gram flour – 4-5 spoons

Baking soda – 1 teaspoon

After that cut it into thin pieces.
Then prepare the mixture by adding gram flour, salt, red chili, baking soda, oil and water in a bowl.

Gram flour – 2 cups
Semolina – 4 spoons
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon
salt – as per taste

First of all, put gram flour, semolina and all the spices in a bowl and mix it well with the help of hot water.
Keep this mixture for 10 minutes.
