His innings, however, must have come as a sigh of relief for the Indian team management, which is looking for the right combination in the middle order. After Ishaan’s dismissal, Pandya took charge of the Indian innings. He hit Nawaz for a deafening six over midwicket. Afridi, however, got him caught by Salman at extra cover on a slower ball. After this, Jasprit Bumrah took India beyond 250. At the end of the Indian innings, it started raining again.
