Titas and Mannat, who were members of India’s Under-19 Women’s T20 World Cup win earlier this year, have been named in the ODI squad. Left arm spinner Mannat has not yet made her international debut. Fast bowler Renuka Singh Thakur, who made a successful comeback to international cricket in the series against England after a stress fracture injury, is back in the ODI set-up along with wicketkeeper-batsman Richa Ghosh, who recently made her Test debut against Australia. India will play an ODI match against Australia on home ground after a long gap. The three-match series will be of great importance in the context of preparations for the Women’s ODI World Cup-2025, where they will be the host nation. All three matches of the ODI series between India and Australia are to be held at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The first match will be held on 28th December.
