IRCTC Bharat Gaurav Train: The new Bharat Gaurav Special Tourist Train launched by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will start its maiden journey on March 18 from Secunderabad Railway Station. This first trip of March is being called ‘Punya Kshetra Yatra’. The yatra will start from Secunderabad in Telangana and pass through Puri, Konark, Gaya, Varanasi, Ayodhya and Prayagraj before returning to Secunderabad.

Punya Kshetra tour package includes Lord Jagannath Temple in Puri, Sun Temple in Konark, Ganga Aarti in Varanasi and Evening Aarti by Sarayu River in Ayodhya, among others.

The journey will last for eight nights and nine days.

The next journey of Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train will start from 18 April. There are Bharat Gaurav trains, which take tourists to Amritsar, Bhatinda, Prayagraj, Varanasi and even to Kathmandu, Nepal.

Bharat Gaurav Train Interior

The train has Sleeper Non-AC as well as AC III Tier and II Tier coaches with a total capacity of 600-700 passengers. Inside, infotainment system, CCTV cameras in common areas. There is also a pantry car where freshly prepared food will be served. The menu will offer a range of regional Indian dishes as preset meals.

The package includes the cost of train travel, all meals (vegetarian only), excursions by buses, hotel accommodation, tour guides, meals, travel insurance and associated onboard services. Memorial entry fee is not included in the package.
