Mumbai: Actor Tahir Raj Bhasin has shared some interesting tidbits from the upcoming project Sultan of Delhi. It was really challenging for Tahir to break away from his usual self to play the role of Arjun Bhatia. Talking about this, Tahir said, ‘The team was very precise about what they wanted Arjun’s body language to be. I think after the shooting was over, it took me two months to stop walking like Arjun.
‘It was very exciting to enter the glamorous world of Milan Luthria and Suparn of the 60s.’ The series Sultan of Delhi is based on Arnab Ray’s book Sultan of Delhi: Ascension. The series is produced by Reliance Entertainment. It is directed by Milan Luthria and co-directed and co-written by Suparn Verma. Reimagining the charm of old India, Milan Luthria makes his OTT directorial debut. It is all set to release on 13th October.
The series also stars Anjum Sharma, Nishant Dahiya along with veteran actor Vinay Pathak and leading ladies Anupriya Goenka, Mouni Roy, Harleen Sethi and Mehreen Pirzada. It will stream on Disney Plus Hotstar.
