Actor Jaideep Ahlawat has made his own place in Bollywood with his brilliant acting. Jaideep recently expressed his opinion about his acting in an interview. He said that he could not see himself on the screen because he was often disappointed with his own performance. Till now he has seen only ‘Paatal Lok’ series and the film ‘Raazi’. Didn’t want to watch ‘Raazi’, but watched after Alia and Meghna Gulzar’s threat.

Speaking to ‘Jaane Jaan’ co-star Saurabh Sachdeva, he talked about his experience in ‘Raazi’. He revealed that for the first time in his life he was having nightmares because of work. “It is normal for work to impact life. I first started having nightmares during the film ‘Raazi’. I never like to have nightmares, but at that time I was so immersed in the world of espionage, having read so much on the subject, that I started to feel scared. He said, “I used to dream of people running around with guns and bombs and wake up in the middle of the night, but it subsided with time.”

He said, ‘I watched ‘Raazi’ only after Meghna and Alia threatened to block my number. I went for the fourth screening of the film. Narrating an anecdote, he said that on the last day of a schedule in Patiala, he did not have much time and had to take a close-up shot. Meghna Gulzar could not see that shot on the monitor. He was told that they would shoot three different takes and he was sure that Jaideep would do it very well, but Jaideep said that the pressure was due to his confidence.

‘Raazi’ was a superhit Bollywood film. Alia Bhatt was in the lead role in this film, released five years ago. In this he played the role of a detective. Jaideep also played an important role in this. Talking about Jaideep’s recent work, he was seen in ‘Jaane Jaan’ directed by Sujoy Ghosh. It also starred Vijay Verma and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
