Reports suggest that Johnny Depp will give a certain portion of the $1 million settlement money to five different charities. $200,000 will be donated to each of these charities. According to a CNN report, Johnny Depp has chosen Make-A-Film Foundation, The Painted Turtle, Red Feather, Marlon Brando’s Tetiaroa Society charity and the Amazonia Fund Alliance to donate the money.

The second charity, The Painted Turtle, is an organization that provides a life-changing free camp experience for terminally ill children. Red Feather, another charity, partners with Indigenous communities to develop and implement sustainable and impactful housing solutions. The fifth charity that Johnny will donate to is the Amazonia Fund Alliance, which helps finance the projects of Brazilian non-profit organizations.
