Junaid Khan: Second blockbuster film received before the release of the first film

Yash Raj Films is going to launch Aamir’s son Junaid Khan through his next film Maharaja. The film is complete and it is likely to be released in theaters by the middle of this year.

Maharaja is a period drama film based on the Maharaja libel case of 1862. The Maharaj Libel Case was a Bombay Court trial in British India. In this, some religious leaders filed a case against Nanabhai Rustomji Rainina and journalist Karsandas Mulji and his newspaper. This newspaper had revealed that the religious leaders of Pushtimarg sexually assaulted women devotees. Junaid will appear in the role of journalist Karsandas Mujali in this film. Apart from this, Arjun Reddy fame Shalini Pandey and Jaideep Ahlawat are in the lead role in this film along with Junaid.

At the same time, it is being said about Junaid that he has bagged another big film. It will be the Hindi remake of Tamil hit film Love Today.

Khushi Kapoor will be seen opposite Junaid Khan in the remake of Love Today. The makers have approached Khushi for this. Khushi Kapoor liked the story of this film and liked the character offered to her.

Significantly, Love Today was released in the year 2022. Made in a budget of only 5 crores, this film was successful in doing business of 150 crores at the box office. Pradeep Ranganathan and Ivana were seen in the lead roles in this blockbuster film. The Hindi remake of this film will be produced by Phantom Studios.
