Kantara is an action-thriller written, directed and directed by Rishabh Shetty. The film is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner Hombale Films. Last year, this banner gave a film like KGF-2 to Indian cinema, which made Indian cinema prestigious in the world by doing a business of 1240 crores globally.

On Sunday, March 19, Rishabh Shetty revealed on Twitter that Kantara is set to release internationally in Italian and Spanish. He said that there is a lot of demand for the film in the international market.

Kantara is an action thriller that revolves around Bhootkola, a traditional dance performed for the deity. The film’s cast includes Kishore, Achyuth Kumar, Sapthami Gowda and Pramod Shetty in lead roles. It is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of KGF franchise, Hombel Films. Kantara 2 has already been announced. It is a prequel to the original film and is expected to be bigger and better than the first part. Kantara 2 is expected to hit the theaters in 2024.
