Mumbai Filmmaker Karan Johar penned a heart-warming note for his mother Hiroo Johar on Saturday as she completed 80 years. He called her brave and tolerant and said that she taught him to love. Karan shared several pictures on Instagram of himself, his mother, late father and children Yash and Roohi.
He wrote: My brave and patient mother turns 80 today, she taught me how to love. How to stand up for what I believe in Never apologizing or justifying myself if I’m right, never pretending to be someone I wasn’t.

On the work front, Karan is back in the director’s chair with ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. The film stars Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh. It also stars veteran stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan.(IANS)
