Bollywood actor Karthik Aryan will live in Shahid Kapoor’s house in Juhu, Mumbai. The actor has rented an apartment in Praneta Building on Juhu Tara Road which belongs to Shahid Kapoor. Till last year, Shahid lived here with his wife Mira Rajput and their children Zain Kapoor and Misha Kapoor. After this he has shifted to a new duplex located in Worli, Mumbai. Shahid reportedly bought this property in 2014 before marrying Mira Rajput and welcomed daughter Misha Kapoor here. Its proximity to Juhu beach is the main attraction of the building. As per reports, the property in Praneta Building is spread over 3,681 sq ft and the complex has two parking spaces. The terms of the lease indicated a 7% increase in rent every year.
Karthik will pay this much rent every month
According to Hindustan Times report, Karthik Aryan will pay a monthly rent of Rs 7.5 lakh in the first 12 months, Rs 8.02 lakh in the second year and Rs 8.58 lakh in the third year. He has paid Rs 45 lakh as security money. Stamp duty and registration was done on 12 January 2023 for the lease transaction of 36 months. According to documents accessed by zapkey.com, Shahid’s wife Mira Kapoor has transacted on behalf of the actor with Kartik Aaryan’s mother Mala Tiwari.

Meanwhile, before renting Shahid’s Juhu property, Kartik Aaryan lived in an apartment in Versova which he reportedly bought in 2019 for ₹1.60 crore.
