The film had a very slow start on its opening day. However, KKBKKJ saw a huge increase in its collections in the first weekend. And on its first Monday, 24 April in the theatres, the film managed to collect a whopping Rs 10.17 crore. Hence, the total collection is now around Rs 78.34 crore. Meanwhile, KKBKKJ had a total Hindi occupancy of 15.39 per cent on Monday.

According to ‘Zee Studios’, the film collected Rs 15.81 crore on the first day of its release and by the end of the opening weekend (in three days) collected Rs 68.17 crore. ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ is produced under the banner of ‘Salman Khan Films’ (SKF). Apart from Salman, Telugu actors Venkatesh, Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Bhumika Chawla, Rohini Hattangadi etc. have also played important roles in this.
