Kamal R Khan i.e. KRK, who describes himself as a film critic, has shared an old video of Ranbir Kapoor. In which the actor said that he is against the remake. Sharing the video, KRK tweeted, ‘This is a great statement by Ranbir Kapoor.’ In the video, Ranbir said that he wants to make something original and why he would not want to be a part of someone else’s film. Ranbir also said that he wants people to remake his films.

He said, “I think new directors are coming. We are in a time in the film industry where everyone is being brave, taking risks. Actors are playing characters that they might have never done before.” do.” Each leading hero is thinking like a character. This is such a wonderful change that has come in the film industry. Why should I do a film which someone has already done and which is hugely successful. I want to create something new, something original. I want people to remake my film, why should I be a part of someone else’s film.

Focus should be on original content
Last month, Ranbir again expressed his opinion on the remake in an interview. He told Times Now Digital, “I think even in the beginning of my career, I was against film remakes, even a song remake I did. Bachna Ae Haseeno, I had a bit of a problem with that too, But I was very new in the industry at that time, I had no say in it. I believe that I am in a position where I can make original content, I always believe that if a film is made, it is the best built for capabilities and it’s very difficult to recreate and make a better version of it.”
Ranbir Kapoor wants to play this character in remake film
He also said that if he was asked to do so, he would like to play the role of Anthony in Amar Akbar Anthony. Amitabh Bachchan played the role of Anthony in the film, with Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor playing Akbar and Vinod Khanna playing Amar. On the work front, Ranbir is currently working on his next film Animal. He has been sporting a heavy beard for the film for several months. His recent release Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar opposite Shraddha Kapoor grossed over 100 crores.
