To make Lachha Paratha, first knead wheat flour and all purpose flour. While kneading the dough, add salt, sugar, oil and a little baking soda to it. Knead this dough with milk and leave it for a while. After about half an hour, make a dough and then roll it by applying ghee. Now fold it with the help of fingers and roll it like a swiss roll while stretching it well. After rolling it, bake it on the griddle. During this, keep in mind that the paratha has to be baked on very low flame. Bake it well by applying ghee over it. After baking hot parathas, eat them with your favorite vegetable.

To make fluffy paratha, knead the dough and keep it for a while. So that the dough becomes soft.
When you roll the lachha from the dough and make a dough. After this keep it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. The butter will solidify well when you keep it in the fridge. Then when you roast it, it will become layer by layer waxy.
You can make Lachha Paratha in an iron griddle or cooker. Do not use non stick pan for this.
