The stairs of a residential block collapsed at around 4:30 in the morning. After this, the people living in this block kept waiting for morning in panic. On receiving the information, Bokaro Steel Management came into action mode. Bokaro Steel’s fire brigade and CISF team rescued 21 people living in house numbers 1018 to 1024 of the block. Local people say that the condition of housing is not good due to which there is fear of untoward incident in other houses also.
