Preparations for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 are going on in full swing to elect the new central government. The Election Commission has decided to hold elections in seven phases from April 19 in 543 parliamentary constituencies of the country. After the inaugural stage, the next stages are scheduled for 26 April, 7 May, 13 May, 20 May, 25 May and 1 June. Lok Sabha election results are expected to be declared on June 4.

Many Indian celebrities, including Bollywood actors and cricket stars, are set to contest elections this year. From Kangana Ranaut to Arun Govil, here is the complete list of celebrities ready to contest Lok Sabha elections 2024.

List of Bollywood celebrities contesting Lok Sabha elections 2024-

1. Kangana Ranaut

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has joined BJP. She will contest from her birthplace Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Arun Govil

Arun Govil, known for playing Lord Ram in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana, will contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections on a BJP ticket from Meerut in Uttar Pradesh.

3. Ravi Kishan

Actor Ravi Kishan will contest Lok Sabha elections 2024 on BJP ticket from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

4. Hema Malini

Veteran actress Hema Malini has got BJP ticket from Mathura.

5.Manoj Tiwari

Manoj Tiwari will contest elections from North East Delhi on BJP ticket. He has been representing this seat since 2014.

6. Yusuf Pathan

Former cricketer Yusuf Pathan will contest the Lok Sabha elections from Baharampur in West Bengal on a Trinamool Congress ticket.

7. Shatrughan Sinha

Veteran Bollywood actor Shatrughan Sinha will contest elections from Asansol in West Bengal on Trinamool Congress ticket.

8. Devendra Jhajharia

Indian Paralympic javelin thrower will contest Lok Sabha elections 2024 on BJP ticket from Churu, Rajasthan.

9. Nirahua alias Dinesh Lal Yadav

Dinesh Lal Yadav, popularly known as Nirahua, will contest elections from Azamgarh in Uttar Pradesh on BJP ticket.

10. Suresh Gopi

Malayalam actor and BJP candidate Suresh Gopi will contest from Thrissur constituency.
