Sooraj Barjatya will start a film with Salman next year

Filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya has a long association with Salman Khan. Their first film together, ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ was a huge blockbuster and since then, Rajshri Productions and Prem Salman have been a match made in heaven. Some time ago the veteran filmmaker had confirmed that ‘love will come back’. In an exclusive chat with IndiaToday he has now confirmed that he will start shooting for his next film with Salman next year. Asked for an update on his film with Salman Khan, Sooraj Barjatya told IndiaToday, “I am starting with Salman in the middle of next year because when I make a film, I become selfish. Today, at this stage of my life as a director, I have become selfish. I write the film myself and when I write myself I take my time. Especially with Salman, since we are doing something together after a long time, it has to be something special, especially after so many years. So yes, I will start in the middle of next year.”

Salman also said that he is very excited to work with Rajshri again. Together, the production house and the actor have given many hits, including ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun,’ ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’.

What’s next in Salman’s line?

Meanwhile, Salman will next be seen in Tiger 3 opposite Katrina Kaif. This film will be released during Diwali this year. The film will be the third film in the franchise and the second film to further the YRF spy universe. Shahrukh Khan will be seen in a cameo role in the film.
