Method

To make Brinjal Tawa Fry, you have to mix gram flour, chopped green chilies, ginger, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, dry mango powder, garam masala and green coriander in a bowl.

Now you have to cut the brinjal into thick round pieces and then put each piece in the spice and wrap it in the spice from both the sides and then heat the pan on the gas and add some oil and fry the brinjal on low flame. Do it. Fry the brinjals till they turn golden brown on both the sides. Then garnish it with green coriander and serve it.
