After this make small balls and roll it completely. Do not use dry flour during this. Fill 1 teaspoon mawa in the puri and press it well with a gujiya maker or mould. Malpua
Like Gujiya, Malpua is also a popular dessert made and eaten during Holi. To make Malpua, first of all prepare syrup by adding sugar, saffron, water and cardamom to the pan. Then mix milk and khoya well in a bowl. Now mix flour in it. After mixing the flour, add sugar and fennel as well. After this, fry the Malpua on medium flame and dip it in sugar syrup. Kheer
Kheer is definitely made in most of the houses on the day of Holi. If you also want to make kheer in Holi, then wash and dry the rice properly. After this, heat the milk in a big vessel. When the milk comes to a boil, add rice to it and stir. During this, you have to cook rice in milk only. After the rice is cooked, add sugar according to it.
