Mumbai: You must be bored of eating home cooked food every day, so today I am going to share a recipe of Paneer Wrap with you. Which you can make restaurant style paneer wrap at home. Which will prove to be tasty as well as a healthy food. Its special thing is that you can use only wheat bread in it. You can add many vegetables to it as per your choice. It is ready in just 10 minutes and for this you will have to work hard. So let’s start the recipe.

Material:

½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste
¼ teaspoon carom seeds
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp dry mango powder (dry mango powder)
¼ tsp chaat masala powder – optional
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
Black salt or regular salt as per taste.

Method,
1 : To make this tasty snack recipe, first of all cut the paneer into two strips, onion into long pieces and capsicum into thin strips. Then heat oil in the pan. Once the oil is hot enough, add the onion slices and sauté for half a minute. Now add green capsicum, red chilli powder, cheese strips, salt and sauté for 2 minutes on medium flame.

2 : Now add bean sprouts and sauté again for another minute. Take the pan off the gas and keep it aside.

3 : To prepare the wrap, divide the cheese mixture into 2 equal parts. Place the wrap on the worktop and place the lettuce leaves on top.

4 : Then apply 1 tsp of Veeba Mint Mayonnaise evenly on it and then place adequate amount of cheese mixture in the middle of the wrap. Then add half spoon Veeba Vinaigrette dressing to it. Your tasty paneer wrap is ready, serve it hot!
