So far it’s been pretty interesting. It’s going great. It is expected that season 2 will be loved by the audience in the same way as season one. It is a team effort. You will get to see a lot of turn and twist in season two. If you are talking about season 1 then the story was good, and Imlie and other characters performed so well that made season 1 popular. This process will continue in future as well. There were many memorable moments during the shoot, but I think the most interesting one was when I got to drive a truck. Even when I was playing different characters like Sardarji, Budhi Aurat in the show. So there are many moments that I will always cherish in life because this was the time when I learned something new.
Working in shows like Badi Devrani, Khwabon Ki Zameen, Peshwa Bajirao and Krishna Chali London, being a television artist puts in long hours in the TV industry. How do you see this method?
It is true that in television we have to work for 12-14 hours. It is very challenging, because many times you are romancing in one scene and crying in the next scene. We are given the script at the time of shooting on the set. There is a different kind of pace and current on the sets and that is what gives us the passion. Many times we celebrate our festivals and birthdays on the sets. But this time it was my anniversary on 3rd May and I got leave. My happiness was on the seventh sky. I had a blast Although I had to work overtime the previous day for this holiday, but I did not regret, because I spent a very memorable time with friends on the birthday.

What do you enjoy watching as an audience?
-I love watching masala content, twists and turns as a viewer, nothing is boring. There should be high-speed romance, action and good music. I love drama, thriller and sci-fi. I like to see content where you can use your brain. When I am bored, I can watch comedy and enjoy it.
Do you have any dream role?
If you get a funny girl like Geet played by Kareena from Jab We Met or Raji like Alia Bhatt, then by God life becomes.
What inspires you around you?
I think Shah Rukh Khan’s every interview inspires me and I love watching his interviews and I also believe in hard work and focus on my work. You will surely succeed, provided you love and respect your work.
You are also a dancer, so tell us about that passion?
I have been dancing since childhood, doing Kathak. There was not a single function in school where I did not perform. I enjoy participating in everything, so I was very popular for dances and cultural events in school. My journey started from there, and I continued to participate in every competition till my 10th standard. I still have the dancing bug in me. Apart from dancing I don’t know if many people know about it or not, I am very good at crafts, painting. I love doing it. Bottle painting, glass painting and handmade things. I don’t get much time but I do whenever I get time.
What are your future planning?
There is no master plan. I’m just going with the flow. I do not believe in strategy and master plan. I just believe in taking things easy. My aim is to portray the character honestly and understand it. And I put effort wherever necessary and I work hard on expressions because I can’t show it sometimes.
