Semolina – half cup
Gram flour – half cup
Fenugreek – half cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
salt – as required
Green chili – as required
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – as needed
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp or as required
water – as needed

Method of making Methi Vada-
To make Methi Vada, first add semolina, gram flour, sugar, salt, green chillies, sesame and black pepper powder in a bowl and mix well.
Now add fenugreek, 2 tbsp hot oil and baking soda and mix it.
Make a batter of medium consistency from it.
– Heat oil in a pan. You put a spoonful of batter in it.
Fry the vadas on medium to high heat till golden and crispy.
Now take it out and keep it on a tissue paper, so that the excess oil is removed.
Your Methi Vada is ready. Serve it with green chutney or ketchup.
