MICL Group will redevelop Aamir Khan sea facing building

Mumbai MAN Infraconstruction Ltd will redevelop a building partly owned by Bollywood star Aamir Khan in Bandra’s posh Pali Hill area.

The ocean-front building with Aamir Khan and other owners occupies approximately 37,000 square feet and redevelopment is expected to begin in mid-2024.

This property belongs to Virgo CHS Limited, which consists of two wings Bella Vista and Marine. It has 24 flats, out of which 9 belong to Aamir Khan.

The building will have ultra-luxury flats with a sale component of approximately 50,000 sq ft, with an expected revenue of around Rs 500 crore and will be redeveloped by MICL through an associate company.

After redevelopment, each of the existing owners will be eligible for larger flats with approximately 55-60 per cent additional area.

As per the current market signals in Pali Hill neighbourhood, the sea view and four and five BHK flats in the redevelopment building are likely to be priced in the range of Rs 125 thousand per sq ft.

Pali Hill is considered to be the residence of stars and other celebrities. The north and surrounding areas of Bandra, Khar, Santa Cruz, Vile Parle, Juhu, Versova and beyond are home to many glamor personalities from the film, television and entertainment industries besides big business persons, heads of Indian and foreign companies, politicians and others. .
