Bilavska’s visit to Jammu and Kashmir is the first visit by the winner of any international beauty pageant ahead of the 71st edition of the Miss World 2023 contest to be held in India later this year. India has won this prestigious title six times and is hosting the competition after almost three decades. The last time the country hosted this event was in the year 1996.
