Material
250 grams cheese
2 small sized tomatoes
1 onion
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic-green chilli paste or crushed
1/2 capsicum
1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
1 tsp sattu
1 teaspoon Kasoori Methi
1 spoon butter
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin
salt as per taste
Cooking oil as required
Finely chopped coriander as required
Cooking Instructions,
1.Make all the preparations for Paneer Bhurji. For this, chop onion and tomato finely. Chop the capsicum finely and crush the ginger, garlic and green chillies or prepare a paste. Grate the cheese.
2.Heat 2 spoons of cooking oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Now add finely chopped onions and cook until they become transparent. After this add one tablespoon crushed ginger, garlic and green chilli.
3. After frying ginger, garlic and green chillies for 1 minute, add tomatoes and also add some salt.
4.Cook until tomatoes become soft then add finely chopped capsicum.
5. Now add sattu and fry for 1 minute. After this, add all the spices mentioned and fry for 1 minute.
6. Now add butter and kasoori methi to the spices and finally add grated cheese.
7. Mix everything well. Add light salt as per taste (keep in mind that you have added salt earlier also). Now add 2 to 3 spoons of water, cover the vegetable and cook for 2 more minutes.
8. Now sprinkle green coriander leaves and turn off the gas.
9. Hot, tasty and flavourful Paneer Bhurji is ready.
