My character in Maitri will bring a lot of twists and turns: Adesh Chowdhary

New Delhi . TV actor Aadesh Chowdhary, who is back on television after five years with “Maitri”, says he is excited to reunite with actress Shrenu Parikh after a decade.

The show follows the journey of Maitri (Shrenu) and Nandini (Bhavika Chowdhary). In the previous episode, viewers witnessed how Maitri’s first husband, who was presumed dead – Saaransh (played by Kunal Karan Kapoor) came back to create trouble in her life. And eventually after Maitri and Harsh’s (Samarth Jurel) child was taken away from them, he went missing, leading to Maitri and Harsh’s separation.

Recently, the show took a leap of seven years where viewers saw Maitri decide to move on in life after adopting a child she found on the street.

Post the leap, the audience saw the entry of Adesh Chowdhary, who plays Yash Thakur, a business tycoon from Prayagraj and Maitri is currently living with him with their child.

Talking about the same, Aadesh said, “I am making a comeback on TV after almost five years, but this time in a completely different avatar. When I heard the story of the show, I didn’t think for a second and immediately said yes. I did because I find this story unique.”

He said, “The best part of this show is that I am reuniting with Shrenu Parikh after a decade. I didn’t get to shoot much with her during our previous shows, so this time I am very excited.” I have recently started shooting for the show and I can already say that all the team members are great.”

Aadesh further added that his character is all set to bring a lot of twists and turns in the show.
