Nawaz’s team clarifies claims of not allowing Aaliya to enter the house

Mumbai After Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s ex-wife Aaliya Siddiqui alleged that she was not allowed to enter the house with their children, the actor’s team has issued a statement. Earlier, Alia shared a video from outside the actor’s bungalow, in which she is standing on the road with her two children, daughter Shora and son Yani.

Now an official statement has been issued by Nawazuddin’s team, clarifying that the property is not in his name, so he has no right to ask anyone to leave the house.

The statement read: Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s ex-wife Aaliya Siddiqui has said that she was not allowed to enter the house but the fact is that Nawazuddin has already transferred the property to his mother Mehrunnisa Siddiqui, so Nawaz has Lack of power to decide on anyone’s entry into the property. Mehrunnisa Siddiqui’s caretaker says only her grandson’s permission is needed in the property and no one else as the property now belongs to her.

The statement also refuted Alia’s claim that she has no place to live and added that the actor has already bought a lavish flat for her. Moreover, in a recently viral video, in which Alia was seen claiming that she has no other place to live or go, is false. To clarify this fact, Nawaz has bought a lavish flat for Aaliya in Mumbai in 2016, which she has rented out of her own free will. Also, as we can clearly see in this video that no one has been removed from the property as claimed by Alia and it is also clear that the children were never stopped from entering the property.

Nawazuddin and Aaliya got married in 2009 and later, Aaliya sent a divorce notice to Nawazuddin in 2021 and recently she accused him of alleged rape. She has leveled allegations against him on different grounds saying that he has very little money left and now the actor is using his ‘power’ to get custody of his kids , Although he never took care of them.

In one of his posts, he also claimed that Nawazuddin and my mother-in-law deprived him of basic necessities and even food.(IANS)
