Nawazuddin demands Rs 100 crore from ex-wife Aaliya
Now a new twist has come to the fore in this matter. Where the actor has filed a defamation suit in the Bombay High Court seeking damages of Rs 100 crore from his ex-wife Alia alias Zainab Siddiqui and her brother Shamsuddin Siddiqui, alleging that both of them have made false and defamatory statements against him.

The matter is likely to be heard by Justice Riyaz Chagla on March 30. Nawazuddin, who is embroiled in a matrimonial dispute with his ex-wife, has requested the High Court to permanently restrain the actor from making any statements or comments on Aaliya and her brother. The actor has also asked his ex-wife and her brother to apologize in writing.

According to the suit, Nawazuddin appointed Shamsuddin as his manager in 2008 and “blindly” entrusted all his financial affairs to him. It alleged that Shamsuddin cheated and cheated Nawazuddin and bought property with the actor’s money. It said that when the actor came to know about the forgery and inquired, Shamsuddin instigated Aaliya to file a case against Nawazuddin. The actor claimed that Alia and Shamsuddin duped him of Rs 21 crore. It was said in the suit that when Nawazuddin demanded that the property be returned to him, Shamsuddin and Aaliya met and started blackmailing him by posting lewd videos and comments on social media.
