Nawazuddin Siddiqui has issued a statement clarifying Aaliya Siddiqui’s allegations. In his post, he wrote, ‘Because of my silence, I am called a bad man everywhere. I am silent because somewhere my small children will read this entire drama. Social media platforms, press and a lot of people are actually enjoying character assassination of me on the basis of one sided and manipulated video. He said that he wanted to clear a few points, the first being that he and Aaliya have not been living together for many years. Nawazuddin Siddiqui claimed that he and Aaliya are already divorced and he is only understanding for their children.
The children did not go to school because the wife quarreled
He further said, ‘Does anyone know, why my kids are in India and not going to school for 45 days, with the school sending me letters everyday that it is too long an absence. My children have been held hostage for the last 45 days and are missing their schooling in Dubai. Nawazuddin Siddiqui claims that Aaliya has left her kids in Dubai for the last 4 months. Nawazuddin further claimed that Aaliya left Shora and Yani in Dubai for the last 4 months before calling them to Mumbai on the pretext of demanding money. He claimed that Aaliya is being paid around Rs 10 lakh and Rs 5 to 7 lakh per month for the last 2 years excluding school fees, medical, travel and other holidays before leaving for Dubai with the kids.

He wrote, ‘I have even given money for her 3 films which cost me crores of rupees, just to help her make her source of income as she is the mother of my children. He was given wonderful cars for my kids, but he sold them and spent the money. I have also bought a lavish apartment for my kids in Versova, Mumbai. Aaliya was made co-owner of the said apartment as my children are minors. I have given my children a rented apartment in Dubai, where she too was living comfortably.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui claims Aaliya wants more money
He claimed that Aaliya only wanted more money, which is why she filed cases against him and his mother. Nawazuddin wrote that Aaliya has done the same before, when she was paid as per her demand, she withdrew the case. He further said, ‘Whenever my children used to come to India on holidays, they used to stay with their grandmother. How could anyone throw them out of the house? I myself was not at home during that time. Why didn’t he make Videos of being thrown out while she makes videos of every random thing.
Nawaz is not making allegations
Nawazuddin alleged that Aaliya was doing this to blackmail him, tarnish his reputation and fulfill her illegitimate demands. He ended the note by writing that no parent would want their children to be deprived of education and would always want the best for them. He wrote, ‘Whatever I am earning today is for both my children and nothing can change that. I love Shora and Yani and would go to any length to secure their well-being and their future. I have won all the cases so far and will continue to have faith in the judiciary. In its caption, he wrote that he is not making allegations, but only expressing his feelings.
