Neha Dhupia did yoga during pregnancy

Mumbai Actress Neha Dhupia started practicing yoga even before participating in Miss India. She has been doing this fitness form for more than 20 years. He shared that yoga has changed his life. Even during her pregnancy, the actress practiced prenatal yoga before becoming a mother, which she says helped her a lot.

He said, I firmly believe that yoga makes me patient and makes life normal.

Neha said: I have been doing it for years and it helped me when I practiced prenatal yoga during my pregnancy. It taught me to honor my practice, my teacher and myself with it.

On the acting front, Neha was last seen in Yami Gautam starrer ‘A Thursday’. The film was slated to release in 2022 and was directed by Behzad Khambata. She was seen playing the role of ACP Catherine Cathy Alvarez in the thriller.
