Now heat oil in a pan and then add the egg mixture and fry for some time.
After this, heat oil in a pan, add noodles, vinegar, soya sauce, salt and green chilli and fry.
Now after 5 minutes, add fried eggs to this mixture and cook for some time. After this turn off the gas.

Capsicum Noodles Ingredients
Noodles-200 grams boiled
Capsicum-2 finely chopped
salt-as per taste
Onion-1 finely chopped
Chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
Ginger paste-1/2 teaspoon
Oil-2 spoons
Soya sauce-2 spoons
Lemon juice-1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves- 1 teaspoon
Vinegar- 1/2 teaspoon
method of making
First of all, to make capsicum noodles, heat oil in a pan and then add ginger paste and onion in it.
Then after it is cooked, add capsicum, chilli powder and salt and cook for some time.
Now after frying all the things for about 5 minutes, add vinegar, soy sauce and lemon juice along with noodles in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes.
After this, cook it for 5-7 minutes and garnish it with coriander leaves.

Noodles-250 grams boiled

Chili sauce-1/2 teaspoon
White vinegar-1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
Green chilli-2 finely chopped
Coriander leaves- 1 teaspoon
Oil- 2 spoons

method of making
First of all, heat oil in a pan, add red chilli and garlic and fry for some time.
After a minute, add onion, soya sauce, chili sauce and vinegar and fry until it turns golden.
Now add noodles and other ingredients along with black pepper powder to the same pan and cook for some time.
After cooking for about 5 minutes, add coriander leaves on top and turn off the gas.
