Mumbai . Actress Richa Chadha praised film maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He said that only Bhansali can make the actress wear eight rounds in a 30 kg costume.

Richa Chadha was at Netflix’s Slate event, where her upcoming web series ‘Hiramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’ was announced.

Talking about working with Bhansali, actress Richa Chadha said, “There is no one like Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who can make you do 8 rounds in a 30 kg costume. A close-up shot might bring a tear to your left eye. You won’t know your true potential until you work with Sanjay Leela Bhansali.”

Bhansali will make his OTT debut with the upcoming web series ‘Hiramandi: The Diamond Bazaar’. It also stars Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharmin Sehgal and Sanjeeda Sheikh.

The series explores the cultural reality of Hiramandi through the stories of prostitutes and their patrons, set against the backdrop of the tumultuous Indian independence struggle of the 1940s.
