Mumbai Police has recovered the motorcycle of unknown people who opened fire outside the house of actor Salman Khan. The forensic team is examining the motorcycle. Mumbai Crime Branch said, the unknown people who opened fire are from outside Maharashtra. An empty shell was found inside the actor’s house.
Security increased at Salman Khan’s house
After the firing incident, security has been increased around the residence of Bollywood actor Salman Khan. Police are scanning the CCTV footage installed around their house to identify the accused. The officer said that a team of local police, crime branch and forensic science experts have started investigation to collect evidence.
Unidentified people opened fire at 5 am on Sunday
According to the police officer, at around 5 in the morning, two persons fired four bullets outside ‘Galaxy Apartments’ located in Bandra area and ran away. Actor Salman Khan lives in this building.
Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said, strict action will be taken against the accused
On the incident of firing outside actor Salman Khan’s residence in Mumbai, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde said, it is an unfortunate incident. Police is investigating it. The accused will be caught and strict action will be taken against them. Those who take law into their own hands will not be spared. Mumbai Police Commissioner has been informed to increase the security of Salman Khan and his entire family. I have also spoken to Salman Khan, the government is with him and he need not worry.
